SEA provided structural engineering services for this mixed-use development on the Country Club Plaza.

The developer-led project includes 75,000 square feet of retail space located on three separate levels, each with direct access to the garage. The parking structure, located beneath the development, accommodates 1,450 cars and is constructed of cast-in-place, post tensioned beam and skip joist. Other components of the project include a 7,000 square foot restaurant and a 270,000 square foot office tower.
