College Avenue Housing
University of Missouri-Columbia
SEA performed the structural design for this new dormitory on the University of Missouri-Columbia's campus. The five-story, $13 million project includes 160,100 square feet of residential space and 46,000 square feet of administrative space. College Avenue Housing opened in 2006 and holds 345 beds. The building was designed to follow the ADA accessibility guidelines with 10 units designed for handicap access. |
