Corporate Woods Buildings 82 & 84
Overland Park, Kansas
This developer-led project involved two 10-story, 272,000 square foot office buildings. SEA provided structural design using cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete framing and a precast curtainwall skin. The design produced a compact core layout resulting in 95 percent rentable space. The shallow (1'9") floor framing allowed a 13 foot story height while still providing 45 foot spans between columns.
In addition to design services, SEA also provided special inspection and testing services as required by the City of Overland Park, Kan.
